Founded in 2012, L.E.A.D. Exchange Network is a Grand Rapids, MI, non-profit committed to addressing challenges faced by youth. Our mission is to provide resources for individuals to exchange skills, gifts, and knowledge, fostering economic self-sufficiency and community impact.

Our CEO

Latricia Lomax is the founder of the Lead Exchange Network and CEO of The Business Exchange Center. She is a visionary with decades of experience in business development, professional leadership, and entrepreneurship. She has a heart for strengthening economically undernourished communities by providing opportunities for growth, as seen through her philanthropic contributions in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and across the United States.

Ms. Lomax successfully owns and operates several businesses, hiring and training both adults and youth in the community to foster financial independence. The Lead Exchange Network is a nonprofit dedicated to teaching high school students, young adults, and emerging professionals entrepreneurial, leadership, and life skills.

She aims to promote servant leadership, economic growth and opportunity, business and self-development, and educational success.
